We grew up in a family of restaurateurs in northern Italy.

From 1988 to 1998 we managed a restaurant-pizzeria in Italy (www.panevin.it).

​

We became vegetarians out of love for animals and managed the gastronomy (vegetarian restaurant, pizzeria, patisserie) of a shopping center (www.einkaufsland.de) from 2000 to 2017.

We have been offering cooking courses since 2010.

Since 2022 we have also been offering cooking courses in our house in Italy.

​

Our strengths are the Italian vegan vegetarian cuisine, pizza from the wood oven  as well as the Italian and French patisserie.
